Dry Yellow Garri (Has a Slight Tang)
The cassava is grated, the starch is removed, and the fiber of the tuber remains. To prepare: 1. Boil hot water2. Add boiling water in bowl. Add garri by sprinkling slowly until all parts of the bowl with water have been covered with gari.3. Cover and let sit for 3-5 minutes.4. Turn with spatula, folding into ball shape.5. Scoop and serve. Enjoy with your favorite West African soup.For a more formal presentation, place gari onto serving bowl with an ice cream scoop. 32oz in reusable container
